I can't sign in

Use the password you set. If you forgot it, tap "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen and follow the email. Or tap "Email me a sign-in link" and open the link on the phone you signed in with. Check your spam folder if nothing arrives.

My score is wrong

Ask the person keeping the card for your group to fix it. If you cannot reach them, ask your commissioner. The commissioner can also correct results from the admin screen.

The yardage looks off

Yardages come from the course map and your phone's GPS while the app is open. They are estimates. Make sure location is on for Fall Classic in your phone settings. If the course map is wrong, email us the course name and the hole.

I got a notification I don't want

Open Settings in the app and turn off that type. You can also turn off notifications in your phone settings.

How do I report a post or comment?

Press and hold the post, then tap Report. The commissioner of that event is notified and we are too. We review reports and can hide content or remove accounts that break the Wall rules.

How do I block someone?

Press and hold their post, then tap Block author. Their posts and comments disappear from your feed. You can still see their scores and wagers in the event, because those are part of the event record.

How do I delete a post?

Press and hold your own post, then tap Delete.

How do I delete my account?

Open Settings, then tap Delete account. You cannot do this while you are the commissioner of an event that is still in progress. Hand the commissioner role to someone else first. The privacy policy explains what is removed and what stays under the name "Deleted Golfer."

How do wagers get paid?

Fall Classic records friendly wagers. It does not move money. Pay or get paid through Venmo, Cash App, or however your group settles up. The app's payment links open those apps with the amount filled in.
